Delete your EndingCalories account

EndingCalories is a calorie and workout tracker by EndingBoredom. You can ask us to delete your EndingCalories account and all of the data stored with it using the form below.

1. How to request deletion

Send the form below from the email address you use to sign in to EndingCalories, and keep the subject as it is. We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

2. What gets deleted

  • Your EndingCalories sign-in (email address and name).
  • Your profile: sex, date of birth, height, weight, activity level, goal and targets.
  • Your backed-up food log, exercises, routines, workouts and sets.
  • The Google Play purchase token stored with your account.

3. What is kept

  • Data on your phone, including meal photos, stays there until you sign out of the app or uninstall it.
  • Your Google Play order history is kept by Google. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions first.
  • Firebase Analytics usage data is not linked to your account and is deleted automatically after up to 14 months.
  • Your deletion request email, kept only as a record that we carried it out.
