Terms of Use

EndingBoredom lets you describe a website in plain language and uses AI models to build it. We may change, add or remove features, models and limits over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16 to create an account where that is the age of digital consent.
• One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get around free limits is not allowed.

You agree not to use EndingBoredom to create or share anything that:

• is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploits or endangers anyone, especially children;
• is fraudulent or deceptive, such as phishing pages or fake stores or identities;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• contains or distributes malware, or is used to attack or disrupt any system.

You also agree not to misuse the service itself: no scraping or reselling it, no attempts to break or bypass limits or security, and no overloading it. We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Websites are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to content someone else receives. You are responsible for checking anything you build before you rely on it or publish it, including its accuracy, accessibility, and legality, and for any images, text or libraries it uses.

Please don't rely on the output as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

You keep ownership of what you put in and, as between you and us, of the websites generated for you, subject to any rights of third parties in material the AI reproduces. We don't claim ownership over your projects.

You give us permission to store and process your content, and to send it to our AI providers, only as needed to run the service for you and as described in the Privacy Policy.

The free plan has limits on projects and messages, shown in the playground and on the pricing page. Paid plans are bought as subscriptions in our Android app through Google Play, which shows the price before you pay, charges you, renews the subscription until you cancel it in Google Play, and handles refunds under its own terms. They include a monthly usage allowance; how much each message uses depends on the model and the size of your website. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give notice of changes that affect you. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play as well.

You choose whether to publish a website. A published website is public, and you are responsible for what it says. Don't publish anything unlawful, misleading (such as impersonating a person or business) or harmful. We may take a published website offline if it breaks these terms.

Deleting an account and creating a new one does not reset your free allowance. Free-plan usage is tracked per person, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service, or if we stop providing it. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) will do so.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you only use the free plan, to zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
