Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EndingBoredom's AI consultancy services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Service Description

EndingBoredom provides AI-powered business consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• AI assistant for compliance and administrative tasks
• Document analysis and generation
• Workflow automation recommendations
• Business process optimization
• Custom AI solutions for business needs

Free Trial and Subscription

30-Day Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial of our Services. During this period:

• You have full access to all features
• No payment is required or charged
• You may cancel at any time without penalty
• A valid payment method must be provided to activate the trial

Paid Subscription

After the free trial period ends:

• Subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at £199/month
• You will only be charged if you remain subscribed after the trial
• Billing occurs monthly on the same day each month
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your client portal (Account Settings)

Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by EndingBoredom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes.

Content you create using our AI services remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve our Services.

Limitation of Liability

EndingBoredom provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Accuracy of AI-generated content (always review before use)
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI assistant provides suggestions and generates content to assist your business. However:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• AI outputs should not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice

Data Processing and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Your conversations and files are:

• Stored securely in Firebase/Google Cloud
• Processed by Google Gemini AI for chat functionality
• Accessible only to you and authorized personnel
• Not sold or shared with third parties for marketing

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• After your 30-day free trial ends
• Monthly on your billing anniversary date
• For any applicable taxes or fees

Failed payments may result in service suspension. You will be notified before suspension occurs.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively impact your use of the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that harms us or other users

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
